We are open to host meetings during COVID. The COVID capacity are as follows:
Formation - number of people:
Boardroom - 22 people
U-Shape - 32 people
Theatre - 94 people
Classroom - 70 people
Hollow Square - 36 people
Banquet - 100 people

The ballroom is located in the Courtyard by Marriott Ottawa Downtown. We can provide full-catering services for your event. Outside food & beverage is not permitted. Visual equipment (LCD projector, screen) is available at an additional cost. Parking for day-use is available for a fee ($5 per 30 minutes or $20 per day).

Minimum booking for this boardroom is 2 hours. Full day booking and multi-day booking is also available.
