- Monthly Coworking Evening rate: $119 / month (5pm to 5am)
- Monthly Coworking Hot Desk rate: $239 / month
- Monthly Coworking Dedicated Desk rate: $475 / month

Parking:
Parking is free on side streets off Preston St., and free on Preston after 5pm and weekends. If needed, there is also paid parking on Sidney Road (in front of Collabüro).
