The Art House Café is a trendy business on Somerset St W, centrally located in an up-and-coming area of Centretown. Situated on the main floor of a historic Victorian home, we are a café and gallery by day and a lounge and event venue by night. We are also a unique space for your next private party or function, offering full bar service, light catering, and walls packed with hundreds of pieces of local art.

The cost of rental is $175/hr +HST, with a 3 hour minimum to book. Rental includes closure to the public for exclusive use of the space, and a fully staffed counter serving our full bar menu, hot drinks, and snacks. We can comfortably accommodate over 30 people for your event. A Bluetooth-enabled PA speaker, microphone and stand are available for use.

The Art House Cafe washrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, but there are stairs to the building entrance. However, if notified ahead of time, staff are willing and prepared to help anybody access the space!
