If the space is available, the host will approve your booking and your credit card will be charged.

FAQ:
What is your refund policy?
Bookings are 100% refundable within 48 hours of making the booking. After 48 hours, a refund admin fee will apply. It is at the discretion of each Host what the refund policy is after the first 48 hours.
What does it cost to book a space?
Each host sets their own rates for their space. You can view the rates in their listing. There are no additional fees. Payment is made at the time of booking.
How do I contact the Host?
You can send a message to the Host via our web application. There is no mobile app at this time and phone numbers for Hosts are not disclosed.
I'm interested but want to see the space before I book.
You can organize a viewing with your Host to see the space prior to booking. However, if you decide to book, any bookings are to be made via the upSpace platform. Direct bookings with host will result in removal from the platform for both renter and Host.
Can I have alcohol at my event?
Please check with your host regarding liquor licences and permissions.
I can't find a space that suits my needs.
